We handle litigation cases of virtually every type, with claims ranging from $20,000 to $5,000,000. Our service can pay for expert witness testimony, witness fees, private investigation, appeals, depositions and cash for plaintiffs’ personal needs.

Once Platinum Ventures has reviewed and accepted a case, neither the plaintiff nor their attorney(s) are obligated to repay funds from our service unless their case ends in a favorable settlement. If the client does not win, then Platinum Ventures absorbs the loss of this money.
